The majority of  snagging company's will destroy your dream by only concentrating on defects within your property, rather than including details of what has been done well, in attempt to justify the cost of their inspection. 

If you take the right approach and allow us to present a defects list, this will assist your new properties site team to resolve any concerns or unfinished work quickly. 

At TT Technical, we know how to communicate with the builders in a way that will get things done.
New Build company's sell you a house with a warranty of usually 2 years, and a structural insurance warranty of 10 yrs with a third party company such as the NHBC or LABC.
Defects are to be expected, and so as part of your 2 year warranty, the builders will usually allow you 7 days after legal completion to formulate a snagging list of incomplete or damaged items.
This is the time that you need to present them with you snagging list.
Do not be concerned!
This is a completely normal and an expected stage of buying a new property.
Our inspectors will conduct a full survey of your property for you, to ensure any outstanding faults or issues are identified, Recorded and arranged, in a detailed report that will assist the site management team on your development attend to them swiftly.
